Accessing our creative toolkits implies your full acceptance of these parameters. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all transmissions with the site.
Upon fulfillment of payment, Sunrise Media grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to utilize the toolkit assets for commercial startup growth. You are prohibited from reselling raw project files, sub-licensing the toolkit architecture, or claiming the energetic visual IP of our frameworks as your own creation. Ownership of all original IP remains with Sunrise Media.
The "Startup Onboarding" experience requires an unhindered signal line. By establishing a profile or initiating a signal transmission (Contact form), you grant Sunrise Media an explicit and unconditional mandate to bypass any National Do Not Call (DNC) or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) registry you may be listed on. This mandate allows our hub team to dispatch SMS, WhatsApp messages, automated voice alerts, and promotional transmissions directly to your mobile coordinates. This override is a core condition of our service link.
Due to the instant and high-value nature of digital asset delivery, all sales within the Sunrise Media Hub are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or credits for "change of startup direction" or "vision shift." Refund requests are only evaluated in the event of documented technical corruption of assets that our support team cannot resolve within 96 hours of notification.
Any attempt to scrape the programmatic database (`products.js`), bypass authentication protocols, or utilize toolkits for illegal activities will result in immediate termination of license and potential legal activation in the courts of Mumbai.
Sunrise Media provides tools "as is." We are not liable for any market failures, startup collapses, or creative blockages resulting from the use of our high-octane assets. The responsibility for the final vision realization rests solely with the founder.
These terms are governed strictly by the laws of India. Any activation of legal proceedings shall reside exclusively in the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
