Privacy Protocol

1. Universal Data Commitment

At Sunrise Media Architecture (`sunrisemedia.sbs`), we view data privacy as the bedrock of startup integrity. This Protocol identifies how we capture, process, and shield the digital profile you establish within our hub. By initiating an account or transaction, you acknowledge this framework of trust.

2. Data Elements We Acquire

To deliver an energetic and efficient toolkit experience, we acquire specific data clusters:

3. DNC Registry & Communication (Critical)

In the rapid ecosystem of startup growth, timely transmissions are non-negotiable. By authorizing the consent checkbox on our contact and activation forms, you grant Sunrise Media an explicit and binding mandate to bypass your listing on the National Do Not Call (DNC/NDNC) registry. We will utilize SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and automated notifications to dispatch critical toolkit updates, security alerts, and invitations to new creator surges. This authorization overrides any prior DNC registrations.

4. Utilization of "Flares" (Cookies)

Our digital infrastructure utilizes session-based "Flares" to maintain the state of your toolkit manifest and user session. These Flares are essential for the "Fresh Startup" UI to operate without latency. You may disable these in your browser, though it will significantly degrade the architectural stability of the hub.

5. Security Architecture

We employ high-intensity 256-bit AES encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our servers are geographically distributed to ensure 99.9% availability of your creative assets.

6. Termination & Deletion

You retain the right to terminate your hub link at any time. Upon formal request to info@sunrisemedia.sbs, we will purge all identifiable identity clusters from our active systems within 30 days, keeping only what is required for tax and commercial licensing audits.
